Chemicals in Makeup
Hey I have something important to post. Some major makeup brands have dangerous chemicals in them. I did some research on it and I found some links that might help explain it better.
Here is a link to a site with a list of chemicals in makeup and fragrance.

Here is a link to some stuff that's in makeup and how to make it more eco friendly and healthier for you.

Here is a link to chemicals you should definitely avoid.

Here are the ten worst skin care products.

So basically what they all say is you should probably look before you put this stuff on you body, because not all of it is completely safe. I stay away from cosmetics sold from Dollar Tree and Target. Unless you can pronounce or know what the chemicals are.

Coconut Oil Scrub
Bonjuor, crazy people! So I have this skin condition called Keratosis Pilaris also known as Goose or Chicken skin. There is also some other coconut oil recipes. So I tried this coconut oil and sugar scrub here it is. P.S. It really works!
Coconut Oil Sugar Scrub: Mix one part white granulated sugar, one part brown sugar, and two parts extra virgin coconut oil. Consider adding a spoonful of vanilla extract or honey for additional moisture-sealing properties.
Whipped Coconut Oil Body Butter: Use a mixer, food processor, or wire whisk to whip your coconut oil into a luxurious, fluffy body butter. For this to work, the oil needs to be solid and cool — too much warmth plus the mixer’s friction can make the oil liquid. Still not sure? Try popping your coconut oil in the freezer or fridge for several minutes before whipping it. If you want, you can add one part shea butter or cocoa butter for every two parts coconut oil, a spoonful of liquid vitamin E, and a few drops of essential oil.
Apple Cider Vinegar – Coconut Oil Lotion: Mix one part apple cider vinegar and one part coconut oil and add a small bit of honey (or another emulsifier) to blend. Apply to affected area of skin.
And here is the website I found them on.

Skin and Hair Care
Hey! Sup? I've been really interested in skin care and hair care. Here are some easy ways to keep your skin healthy easily. Start by drinking a lot of water, hydration helps skin a ton. Another thing having healthy skin has to do a good amount to do with stress and how you deal with stress. Look at the list of natural skin care ingredients to the right you will see olive oil near the middle. Olive oil is also good for your hair. This link will tell you why http://www.naturallycurly.com/curlreading/ingredients/using-olive-oil-for-hair#nc-gallery-header. Also here is an olive oil hair treatment I found on http://www.naturallycurly.com.
DIY Olive Oil Hair Treatment
Another great thing about olive oil is that it’s a cheap and easy way to add moisture to your hair. Here’s a simple olive oil treatment you can try for achieving beautiful hair at home.
- Warm about a half a cup of olive oil in a microwaveable bowl or cup. The olive oil should be warm but not hot to the touch. If you have fine hair or prefer a lighter treatment, add coconut, sweet almond or jojoba oil.
- Pour one tablespoon of the olive oil mixture into the palm of your hands.
- Starting with your scalp, massage the oil into your hair in a circular motion using your fingertips. Finish by massaging the tips of your hair.
- Place your oil-drenched hair into a shower cap or wrap it with plastic wrap.
- Let the olive oil sit for between 5–45 minutes, then rinse and shampoo as usual.
